Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Delivery time
Orders arrive in 5 to 11 business days from the date of purchase. This is the
door-to-door figure, not the dispatch time. Your order leaves our fulfilment
warehouse within one business day; the rest of that window is transit.
We would rather publish the real number than promise two days and disappoint
you.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders. There are no handling fees and no surcharges
added at checkout.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
If it hasn't arrived within 48 hours of your order confirmation, check your spam
folder and then write to us.
Where orders ship from
Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse. AllClear Kit is
operated from Peru; this does not affect your delivery time or cost, and no
additional import charges are payable by you.
Duties and taxes
All duties and taxes are included in the price you see. You will not be asked
to pay anything on delivery.
Delays
Carrier delays are rare but possible. If your order passes 11 business days,
email us and we will either replace it or refund you in full.
