Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email once the order is accepted. We may decline an order and refund you in full if the product is unavailable or if we believe the order is fraudulent.
Prices
All prices are in US dollars and include duties and taxes. Shipping is free. Prices may change, but never after you have placed an order.
The product
The AllClear Glide is a cordless heated straightening comb. It heats in about thirty seconds, has three temperature settings, and charges over USB-C.
How smooth your hair becomes depends on your hair type, its condition and how many passes you make. It is a styling tool, not a permanent treatment, and it is not a medical or therapeutic device. We make no claims about hair health, hair growth or hair repair.
Safety
The comb teeth get hot in use. Keep it away from children and from anyone who cannot use it safely without supervision. Do not use it on wet hair unless the instructions supplied with the product say you may. Let it cool before storing it if you have used it at the highest setting, and put the lid back on before it goes in a bag.
The comb contains a rechargeable lithium battery. Air rules require it to travel in hand luggage, not in checked baggage. Charge it with the supplied cable, do not leave it charging unattended, and do not expose it to water or high heat.
Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for damage caused by use that does not follow the instructions supplied with the product. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
Refunds
Our 30-day refund is set out in the refund policy and forms part of these terms. We do not require you to return the product.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
